As per “the white paper on the rights of persons with disabilities”, Persons with impairments are ‘categorised’ into 5 groups: Physical; Sensory; Intellectual; Psychosocial and Neurological impairments.

DiSA Information Desk is structured to mirror these same categories. The DiSA Information Desk provides reliable, up-to-date information and guidance on disability-related services, disability policies, disability rights, assistive devices, and support networks across South Africa.
