4. Diversity Equity & Inclusion policy writing and implementation

Diversity Equity & Inclusion policy writing and implementation – Disability Info South Africa (DiSA) provides expert Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) policy writing that places people with disabilities at the centre of organisational transformation. Drawing on lived experience, legal frameworks, and best practice, DiSA develops clear, practical, and locally relevant policies that go beyond compliance. These policies address physical, digital, communication, and attitudinal barriers, ensuring organisations actively promote equal access, dignity, and meaningful participation for employees, customers, and stakeholders with disabilities.

DiSA also supports the implementation of DEI policies, translating written commitments into real, measurable change. This includes staff awareness and sensitisation training, accessibility audits, implementation plans, and ongoing advisory support.
